LDS Honey is designed with you in mind! Our goal is to provide you with quality items that exceed your expectations. We know making a purchase decision over the Internet can be difficult without actually touching and handling the product. For that very reason, we accept returns and exchanges.
Exchanges need to be similar-priced items or the same items in a different size.
Please initiate a return or exchange by doing the following:
- Customer is responsible for returning item(s)
- Make sure the product is undamaged and in new condition
- Product must be returned within 45 days of initial purchase
- Include a copy of the original invoice or a note with your order number and name
- If this is an exchange, please indicate it in writing and include the desired item or new size
- Check your product type and follow the directions below:
All Metal Rings
Metal rings must be returned in a padded envelope (can also be the same one they came in). Check your email or printed packing slip to identify the item number. All rings either start with a "RM" or "OMIT." These represent the ring manufacturers and rings must be mailed back directly to the manufacturer for exchange or refund.
If your ring item number starts with "RM," please mail it back to the following address and indicate on the ATTN line if it's a return or exchange:

Credit or exchange will be processed once the item has been received and inventoried. Although credits are processed the same day, it may be 3-5 business days before your issuing bank shows it on your end.
Initial shipping charges are refundable at the base economy shipping level for most items (currently $4.95). This means that if you choose the economy shipping method, you'll receive a full refund. If you choose any other shipping method (Priority, Express, etc.) you'll only receive the $4.95 shipping credit on the return. Shipping for rings and other LDS jewelry retain a $3 shipping fee.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable for all international orders.
