SIZING: These rings come in two different sizes: Small and Regular. On the table, the small size is approximately a size 5 and because of the stretch should fit children sizes 3.5-7.5. The regular size measures approximately a size 8, and should fit children and adults with rings sizes of around 7-10. This serves only as a reference form experience and will hopefully help you know which size to order for your children or young adults.
